All GEIGERRIG branded products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser (”Purchaser”) of the product and is not transferable. During the two year warranty period, GEIGERRIG will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the pack, reservoir, or valve at no additional charge.

Additionally, GEIGERRIG offers a lifetime guaranty against leakage on the hydration system portion of our packs, including reservoir, drink tube and bite valve. Please note: for warranty issues involving the bite valve, please send in only the bite valve for replacement, not the entire hydration system.

All products considered defective must be mailed into GEIGERRIG for inspection.
