This product is the best purchase I have made in the past two decades! It is the solution for being pain/ache free and I literally take it with me everywhere if I am headed out of town. I actually got the hip disfunction kit (this kit, plus and extra massage ball and a dvd) when I had an hip issue that was not getting better for months even through 3 doctor visits and six weeks of physical therapy. Before going back for yet another doctor's visit, I decided to do some research, liked the train of thought that went into developing these TP products and decided I'd try this. Within 5 days I was feeling SO much better and within another week, my hip pain/issue was totally gone! This product has gone on to replace my IJoy massage chair, which up until this was my solution to a sore back... If you have back issues, though, I'd suggest getting two balls (or a kit w/ that) as I use the two all the time to work out back tightness. I highly recommend it, as I went my whole life w/overly tight quads and calf muscles which I didn't realize caused all sorts of other related issues...and it is wonderful to feel this good! I've had it for just over a year now and use it about 4-5 times a week, so it holds up well. A must for anyone w/ pain issues, and it would be a huge benefit for athletes of all kinds to improve your performance by keeping your muscles working together properly!
