Great product for a reasonable price. Monitors heart rate, can set upper and lower limit alarm (though the alarm is not loud enough to be heard when listening to your MP3, of course). The transmitter strap is a T31 uncoded, which makes it compatible with lots of different fitness equipment with built-in heart rate receivers.

I absolutely love this device. It does a great job of tracking my heart rate, but it also tracks duration in target zone, calories burned, and length of workout. I have definitely improved my workout sessions now that I know when to increase my intensity. Also, the light blue color and convenient watch is very stylish with all my workout wear.
