TriNow Fitness is a diamond in the rough, I was in the market for a Polar RCX5 running watch and I had looked everywhere for it. The watch was one of the newest models that Polar had released yet I couldn't find it at and major retailer or local running shop and by local I mean ALL of the bay area.

After much search I pretty much was drawing the conclusion I was going to have to buy it from REI online and with the upcoming holiday wait weeks for it to get here but right before that I did just a hair bit more searching and that's when i found TriNow not only did I find them I couldn't believe the score I had found when I noticed they were based in Pleasanton.

I called them to inquire about the RCX5 I was told they had them in stock and I could swing by and pick it up. I promptly ordered online and went 5 minutes down the road and picked it up.

I inadvertently purchased the wrong accessories for the XLab Turbo Wing. However, I was able to return the items to TriNow Fitness - who shipped them to a different address so that I could use the Turbo Wing while on vacation. I would definitely recommend ordering from them in the future - not only for the wide selection of items but also for the great service to make sure you enjoy your bike rides.
