1. Payment All money amounts are in US Dollars. Your order will be finalized when payment has been received and confirmed. We offer three methods of payment, Credit Card, PayPal or Mail-in. Please note that your financial information is not stored on this site.

Credit Card orders may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Mail-in orders can be paid by personal check or Money Orders. PayPal can be used as well. Sorry we do not accept COD. For your security we verify all credit cards to billing address. Please make sure the address you enter is where you receive your credit card statement. The charge on your credit card will show as Polar Discount.

Mail-in orders should be sent to TriNow Fitness, 3723 Old Santa Rita Rd., Suite 13, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Please make check out to TriNow Fitness and enclose a print out of your order. Additionally, please write order number in notes section of your check. Your order will be shipped after funds have cleared.

2. Secure Shopping Environment We use Comodo as our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) digital certificate provider. All sensitive personal information you enter during a transaction, including credit card information, is encrypted and protected while traveling across the Internet.

3. Privacy Statement You can be assured that all the information you give us is private and secure. We will not sell or rent information about our customers. You will receive a confirmation email for each order submitted and emails with order progress updates, but will only be contacted with specials, new product bulletins, etc. if you sign up to do so. You may access you account and opt-out at any time.

4. Cancellation of Orders If your payment has been processed, you may be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.

Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, changes cannot be made. Please review your order carefully - once submitted orders may be processed at any time and can be shipped almost immediately after processing.

5. Shipping

** Free Shipping on orders greater than $75.00 (U.S. orders only) *may not apply to orders with coupons or discounts. We reserve the right to switch carriers when shipping is free.

Due to Polar Dealer Policy, Authorized Dealers in the U.S. can only ship withing the U.S. We do not ship Polar products outside of the U.S. Polar products receive a 2 year warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer.

Orders are shipped Same Business Day in most cases. Shipping is via FedEx, UPS or USPS only.

If an incorrect or partial address is provided, the customer is responsible for the additional costs associated with the reshipping or shipper charges for address crorrections. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to applicable shipping fees, insurance fees, and any losses incurred by us.

6. Return Policy - We guarantee all our Heart Rate Monitors free from defects.

WE DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS FOR EVALUATION.

TriNow Fitness will replace any defective Heart Rate Monitor within the first 30 days of purchase. Please notify us before the 30 day period for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Upon authorization to return defective product, all instruction manuals and accessories must be included with the return. Following the thirty day period all Manufacturers warranties will be in effect.

Prior to obtaining (RMA) from us please contact the manufacturer to determine if the product is defective or for help with use issues.

NON DEFECTIVE RETURNS

**All non-defective returns must be authorized by trinowfitness.com and will be subject to a fee equal to the value of free shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return products. Merchandise to be returned must be received by us before the 30 day guarantee expires. An authorization to return is not a guarantee of a refund. Items must be returned in brand new condition and according to the policy specified above to ensure a refund is processed. Monitors must not have been worn or used in any way. Restocking fee may be waived if upgrading to another monitor.

PLEASE PACKAGE AND SHIP YOUR RETURN CAREFULLY.

**All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging. There is no credit given for merchandise returned without original manufacture packaging and all materials.

**All returns are subject to the shipping charge that may have been waived on initial order.

**Heart Bras are non-refundable once tags are removed and must be returned in original packaging.

**Due to health reasons PowerLungs are non-refundable once opened.

**Any unauthorized return will not be refunded and cannot be returned.

**We do not accept COD parcels.

**All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

**Shipping charges are not refundable.

**A copy of your proof of purchase and RMA# must be included with your return.
