How to restore Polar Training Advisor SW backups

When restoring data from the diskettes, the files must copied to the original directories, to ensure the exercise data is available again.

- Copy the files with the .dbf extension to the database directory, C:\Advisor\Database, in this example.
- Copy the files with the .hrm extension to the heart rate directory, C:\Advisor, in this example.

NOTE! If you have made changes to the person, team or sport databases (Person.dbf, Team.dbf, Sport.dbf) after backup copying, then do not restore these databases over the new ones! Similarly, do not restore the dat_XXXX.dbf database data over a new database if the exercise data has been changed, or if exercises have been downloaded from the heart rate monitor.

NOTE! Exercise data items cannot be accessed directly from a diskette, instead the files must be copied back to the hard disk in their own directories.
